I’m leaving for Bangkok, Cambodia and Hong Kong in April and May. Psyched! I was only 4 years old when I first went out of the country— in Hong Kong. I’m grateful for my folks because even though they know I’ll only appreciate hotel bath tubs and dolphins in Ocean Park, they still tagged me along. So I’m very happy with AirPhil Express and Cebu Pacific’s discounted airfare.
Anyhoo, I’m looking for some travel stuff and I stumbled upon this site. I actually saw one of their products being featured in GQ. Looking at their products, it seems impressive! Sad, I can’t purchase because I’m in the Philippines. I’ll pay a lot of shipping fees and ermm, I’m trying to save up for my trips.
My wishlist?

Raylan Weekender Bag by Matt & Nat, USD225
Looks great for quick weekend trips to local destinations. It’s pretty solid, too.

Overnight Bag by Blue Q, USD28
I love the fact that this is made from recycled materials. But with its cheeky design, I won’t hesitate toting this one for beach trips.

F1 Retro Passport by Flight 001, USD18
My partner and I were looking for some cute Passport Holders. We were disappointed Team Manila isn’t carrying the cool stuff anymore so we settled for whatever they have. Hope I can see a store carrying this or any other cool prints.

Are We There Yet Luggage Tag by Flight 001, USD18
I think there are similar stuff like this in major malls but this is a catchy phrase!
I also loved the fact that in Flight 001’s store, it’s segmented according to Pre-Flight, In-Flight and Arrival. Check out their store, you’ll love what they have there. From luggages, adapters, travel essentials to food on-the-go and maps— you’ll have an awesome time shopping there.
Yes, we have The Travel Club here but I hope they have something like this in the Philippines— with a good selection of brands, just like Flight 001. Actually, The Travel Club carries some of Flight 001-branded products. But it’s still not the same.
I liked Constant Craving (originally sung by K.D. Lang)— what did you like? Anyhoo, here are the songs:
I only care for the songs now. So far, I liked their take on Hall & Oates You Make My Dreams. But their Adele mashup is powerful as expected.
Hit Me With Your Best Shot / One Way Or Another
Rumour Has It / Someone Like You

Current Playlist Song: Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People
One of the WORST episodes I’ve ever watched with the WORST lineup of songs. Nakakaloka. At first, I watch Glee episodes because of their striking performances. But if their songs suck, what’s there to look forward to, every week? They did one of the worst renditions for the West Side Story. In any case, I’m uploading the songs.
Pilipinas, represent! A big shoutout to Gwen Ruais for placing second in Miss World 2011. As usual, Miss Venezuela (Ivian Sarcos) bagged the crown. Good for her!
Aside: Gwen has been my classmate in Marketing, way back in college. She’s well-dressed, friendly, witty and tall. Really tall. Just the perfect amount to get you a good win in pageants!

Toaster: I want you inside me.
Bread: That’s hot!
Since Blaine is a dear, I’ve been listening to his rendition of Katy Perry’s Last Friday Night. It’s pretty awesome, download it!
